Amazon have just delivered my personal copy of A Life Worth Living. This means that I now have five novels in print.
I’m not sure why I’m proudest of this one, as opposed to any of my previous novels, but for some reason, I am. Perhaps it’s because it took eight years to write, or maybe it’s because my mum said she thought it was my best yet (rare praise!), or it could be something else entirely. Whatever the reason, I am really pleased to have finished it, published it and to have the paperback on the shelf in my office, together with the other four.
I’m still writing the next Fairytale novel. I had nightmares last night, after a solid day of writing, because I was a little bit worried about the direction the characters were taking. I’m pleased to report, however, that after a couple more hours at the computer this morning, and a few fairly significant re-writes, I’m much happier with where the story is headed! Watch this space for more news soon!
