Did you spot the mistakes in either Fairytale novel? I have now finished re-reading both books and noticed a couple of minor errors, which I’ve now corrected. A Fairytale Christmas 2nd Edition is live and A Fairytale Reality is ‘in review’. I only found three errors in Reality; a missing plural (guest S), an incorrect name (Ed instead of Adam) and an incorrect number (four instead of five) and none of the changes alter the story, but it’s worth getting them right!
At the risk of sounding conceited, I have to say I was very impressed. I really couldn’t put the books down as I was reading them. That, to me, is how I judge a book to be good! I didn’t think I’d enjoy reading my own work, but I really did.
I’m all fired up now, and can’t wait to edit what I have already written of the next Fairytale story again (now I’ve reminded myself of the backstory) and then continue writing. I’ve got about a third of a book so far, but there’s still a lot to write! Not sure this will be the end either; this book was supposed to be called A Fairytale Wedding, but something tells me that title might be delayed, because let’s face it, you can’t have a big wedding party in lockdown!
